Description

Fruit is picked at optimum ripeness from our Biscay Road Vineyard on our own Estate. Once in the winery every care was taken during ferment to give the wine maximum time on skins to extract the depth of flavour and colour that this wine exhibits. The wine is aged in new and seasoned American Oak until ready for bottling. It is ready to drink now and will also continue to reward the patient for the next 10 years.
