Their renowned product, Bati Spiced Rum, is a 37.5% alcohol content rum that undergoes a two-year maturation process in oak vats and is filtered using coconut shell carbon. This meticulous process results in a unique and delightful Fijian rum with a smooth texture, subtle spice flavors, and hints of vanilla.
